The Embassy of Italy together with the Cultural Center of the Philippines, the Philippine Italian Association and Rustan's will stage a concert honoring the 200th birth anniversary of the great romantic opera composer Giuseppe Verdi at the CCP Tanghalang Nicanor Abelardo (Main Theater), December 10 at 7:30 PM.
There will also be an exhibit at the lobby showcasing reproductions of the original cover art of Giuseppe Verdi's operas and music scores from 1839 to 1893 as well as his human dimension through a travelling multimedia exhibit dubbed "GiuseppeVerdi the Composer, the Man, the Patriot".
