A fun session working on the triangle shape to create patterns and objects. A good visual exercise for PWDs to be able to focus and practice their ability to follow instructions: draw a triangle inside the triangle, add another triangle inside the triangle, etc. Surprisingly, when I attempt to do this with friends in the coffee shop most of them are so distracted that you have to repeat instructions for them to follow simple instructions.
The next session would be to rework the triangle into a diamond shape or checkered shapes by drawing a clown juggling three balls. This was done by verbal instructions also.
I design and prepare for the sessions in advance and if I can not facilitate the session I leave a step-by-step instructions with all the materials prepared in advance:
I can't wait to see how this one turns out!
