Organized by the Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWP) in cooperation with the Court of Appeals. The series of lectures is named after Norberto L. Romualdez who served as Magistrate of the Supreme Court of the Philippines and the architect of Commonwealth Law No. 184 that created the Surian sa Wikang Pambansa (now KWP) that was responsible for choosing the National Language. The lecture series will focus on topics related to Filipino languages, literature, culture and identity.
