Biography work for individual development is ideally offered to participants 28 years old and above who have life questions. This method helps you gain a clearer picture of the meaning of your life by looking at seven-year life phases that will also lead to your discovery of your own identity. You will understand how the challenges, patterns, themes reveal insights on your past, present and future leading you to a deeper understanding of your destiny and validate your life mission.

Facilitator: Annabellie V. Gruenberg started doing biography work since 1999. She also trained in Psychology, Waldorf School Admin and Community Development, has taught in Pre-school, Grade School, High School and College levels for 18 years. She is presently the Literature-Humanities teacher of the Maharlika Waldorf Upper Homeschool Initiative. She has been studying Anthroposophy since 1987.
