The articles, documentaries or reportages must have been issued in the period from January 1 to December 31, 2008 on any registered publication, which can be based on paper, radio, television or the Internet. The article must be minimum 2,000 and maximum 4,000 characters long. The radio or television documentaries must be maximum 10 minutes long.
