It is always a fun exercise to do landscapes since the success rate is almost 100% in my sessions! In an hour I can do a step by step drawing and coloring which is a good refresher for line drawing, less intimidating way to do perspective drawing, fun with secondary colors (in this session they avoided orange) and can be painted using acrylic paints:
